i keep pulling my Intercostal muscles in my ribs, **** me it hurts,

any experiences? and thing i can strap my ribs with ?

Ribs are the only thing you can't heal easily you have to just let them heal and not stress them. I bruised my rib a couple years back and that hurt like a *****, but you jusy have to let it heal.

funny thing is i ALWAYS do it while breathing wrong while asleep!!
