I'm not impressed. The UFC still remains a top brand in my mind. Elite XC has some undisciplined and lackluster fighters. The only people that impressed me was Josh Thompson and that black guy who put the ankle lock on that other guy, you know who I am talking about. And Fryklund looked like he got paid to make that other guy look good. I think Frank Shamrock will smack that smirk he always has on his face off.

I tought it was the complete opposite.

The card was very entertaining. More than any UFC card this year.

I thought it was very enjoyable. I'm a huge Mauro fan, so I enjoyed that too. I like the production value of EliteXC. This show was much better than the Lesnar show.

The guy that Josh Thomson beat trains with me. He is actually a good fighter, but he got beat easy. Josh is a great fighter, probably one of the top 5 in his weight class.

I didnt know Andre Berto had a brother that fought MMA. Apparently he is the only guy in his family to go the boxing route.

Elite blew aside from the Ninja, and Thompson fights.

They can't seem rather to be a mma brand or a hybrid wrestling bull**** act. The girls dancing between rds, give me a break, that isn't going to get you any ratings.

Yeah well.

I can't stop thinking about the prospect fight between Frank Shamrock and Cung Le..........I hope that gets made because it's going to be ****ing exciting.

Pickem 50/50.

Cung Le’s spin kicks >>>> Chuck Norris’ roundhouse kick

Man he's exciting.

I never thought he could carry the san shuo style into a real fight fight. He's just a master. I bet even if someone takes him down he has a solid ground game that he hasn't fully demonstrated yet.

I wonder if he's going to move up in weight, because he seemed to make it clear that he might have been starving himself to make weight or something.

But either way he and Shamrock should fight for sure.

Shamrock will kill Cung Le. He has never fought any even decent guys, aside from Frykland, and that fight looked VERY suspicious.

They need to replace Jay Glazer with another commentator. He's an absolute moron. I thought Joe Rogan was irritating, but at least he doesn't try to say an "ankle lock won't do any damage, it's just a pain technique". And he was referring to an inside heel hook which will tear your leg to pieces. What an IDIOT!

Well, one thing is for sure in that I haven't seen Le defend against someone who will go for that takedown and who is on that level.

Frank would try and then we'd find out about Le's overall skill level. But I don't think it's a stretch to say he could fare well standing up against him. Because he's a master striker that's been established.

There's always the possibility he could catch Frank with some spinning ****. His chin is Iron yes Franks is........but those kicks are out of a comic book.

Everybody and their grandmother is trying to cash in on the mixed martial arts phenomenon. It will pass.
