For those of you who do your roadwork/workouts with music, what do you listen to? I just got back from jogging and I listened to some Rolling Stones, T.I., and Rise Against the Machine (just the order they came up in my iPod). But do you prefer any genre over another as well?

I most listen to rock and some punk on my mp3. I got Stones, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, ELO, Primus, Jimi Hendrix and The Offspring on mine currently.

I Guess It All Depends I Work The Graveyard Shift And Go Running After Work And I Listen To Just About Everything So To Me It Depends A Lot To The Mood I Am In Or What Inspires Me For That Day

My trainer recommended that I play TuPac when we train. He feels that the rhythms are perfect for boxing.
