You guys both have fights coming up. What kind of workout/training routine do you guys have?
Do you train different when you know you have a match coming up?

Yes Training changes a lot. It gets a hell of a lot harder! Basically I get back on a strick diet when I have a fight coming up, and I hit lots of more cardio!
