Just had my 2nd sparring session a few days ago at my gym and I got a black eye to show for my troubles. anything I can put on it to make it fade faster.:nonono:

jus kiddin. put some ice on it i guess, i dono if there is anything u could do to make a bruise go away quicker. wear it with pride my friend, wear it with pride!

mines take about a week to go away. only thing you can do is put ice, but it will only be affective if you do it as soon as you get it. atleast for me it was.

Never had a black eye, but seeing as it's simply an inflamation around the eye, the best medicine is ice, plus Advil/Ibuprofine.

Put towels with hot as you can bear water on them on your bruises before you put the ice on it works for me , I swell more than I bruise though.

A diet sufficient with iron and protein..It's a battle scar man why cover it up??

Only bad thing about em is some pubs n clubs wont let you in other here if you sporting em lol.
