not bad. the guy you were sparring was obviously very new to boxing (atleast i hope so). you leave your chin exposed when you punch. make sure you tuck it in or else a decent boxer will pick up on that and counter your jab with a cross right on the chin. not bad though.

Try avoiding his left by ducking to your right once in a while. The way you guys were going, you were going to your own lefts consistently. If you go to the right when he throws the jab, you'll be in a perfect position to throw the right cross.

Not trying to talk **** or anything but.. you seem to be progressing extremely slow. :/ The videos you post all seem the same.. nothing is really improved except for you seem to throw more punches in this post. You still don't commit to your punches enough.. and when your done throwing punches you often bring your feet together - a prime oppertunity to get knocked off balance. I do have faith in you though and respect everything you do so please, don't take this as me talking ****.

Far better than your last few vids. I'd have to say you shouldnt counter punch because your not very good at it, esspecially when your moving backwards as your defence lets your get hit alot and you dnt have the speed to hit him back.
You look far better when going forwards and being more aggresive, I say this because when you attacked at 1min in you hurt him with a straight right then after you got him on the ropes and he backed off you hurt him again. So i'd say be more aggresive and step forward.
A far better vid than your last few.

thanks i wasnt trying to hurt him but i needed to change up my style becuase usually i fight defensivley and I dont put pressure on my partners and I usually let them punch them selfs out but now im putting pressure and throwing more rights and hooks.

looked good man nice movement. keep that chin down though it looks kinda high up in the air watch out for that. also you look like you could time your counter punches better too. but all in all it looked like some good sparring. good work. also, sit down on ur punches a little more to get more leverage, and keep those hands up they looked low at certain points. throw the punch and ALWAYS bring it back to your face...

I don't think you have the reach that would allow you to throw punches with your body moving back or at least not moving foward. If I was you I'd put more weight into my punches, take advantage of opportunities and don't hesitate to let your hands go, and throw with more authority.

In the first ten seconds, I would say that you are leaving you hands a little too low down on your face.

The other guy did too, whenever you threw simple jabs, his hand was too low, allowing your glove to push his hand into his face. Hmm...

Though it looks like your lateral movement is pretty good.

I don't think I saw too many body hits, or any for that matter.

Between 1:30 to the end, he was charging completely with his hands at his chest.

I myself am pretty new. How long have you been practicing?

Hey that looked good man. Your general skill seems to have improved since your bag video. Your a little too plodding on your feet, not quite as fluent as you could be with both the footwork and the punches. There is nothing in particular I can recomend, but the only way I got my footwork better was just months of practice. No short cuts in boxing, your chin is a little up in the air at points but all and all it looks good. Just giving my two cents.

Cheers, keep it up.

You have to stay on your toes, light and catlike. Skipping helps, but when it boils down do it, its all the toes and the balls of your feet. You have to think light. When you step sometimes in that video I notice you are stepping off more on your pinky toe than on your big toe, on your left foot. Footwork is a specific thing, and even though the toe thing sounds silly, it is a good thing to keep in mind, because if you are stepping off of your pinky toe and coming forward, you are not going to be as balanced as you could be. Balancing yourself more off the big toe will keep you steadier. When your moving always think half mass. Don't fight at full mass, bend, make your center of gravity a little lower. You want that right elbow in tight, and that V-shape down the right side of the body becuase of the arm and leg. I just want to help. Nice stuff though.
