The first fight was close up until the 12th when Tito Tko'ed him. What do you think about a rematch at 160? I read in boxing digest that vargas was planning his return in 2005. Maybe a couple tune up fights and then a rematch with Tito?

Trinidad would take Vargas out within 3rds.
Vargas' confidence & abilty to take a punch are not 1/2 of what they were back when he & Trinidad squared off the first time.

I'd go as far as to say that this would be a MISMATCH.

Trinidad by easy and almost brutal KO.

Vargas' upper echelon days are OVER! He couldn't beat Oscar cheating. There is no place for him to go.......160 is chock full of guys that would kill his posing ass!
