any suggestions for this.i just signed up for a counselor last week.i have some serious **** going on in my head.i have not slept for days.i am not having urges like you but i am feeling all ****ed up.sometimes, my concentration is gone.i will be talking to someone and not even here them.i have not ben sleeping now but up untill a couple days ago, i was waking up every night with nightmares.almost every morning i wake up, and i don't know where i am.it last for like 2-3 minutes.i am sitting there trying to figure it out.
a couple of days ago i was thinking about past ****.about 2 years ago i met a korean girl on the net and she came here to see me for a couple weeks.that happened for sure.i have the pics to prove it.the ****ed up thing is that i could not remember if i went there to see her.i thought i remembered visiting but i couldn't really recall.it took about 2 hours.i had to call my mother and ask her if i went.i have been having serious anger issues also.i am ready to snap at the littlest thing.i do not want to go places unless my wife is with me.i took my name off the mailbox.i put my bike in her name.this will be my3rd straight night without sleeping.
have you ever had anything like these happen?

I get insomnia too, sucks bad. I just wash a ****load of muscle relaxers down with some red wine and then take a couple of hits from the bong.
