Penn really put on a clinic. We all knew BJ was better on the ground, but he out-boxed and out-wrestled Pulver too. And Pulver is no slouch, he is a pro-boxer too and works with excellent wrestlers at MFS.

It was like watching a cat toy with a mouse.

I think Palma’s on about Mixed Martial Arts: The Book of Knowledge, I’ve just finished reading that myself and it was a great ****ing read.

As for Penn, I’d love to see him fight GSP again, he was blatantly robbed last time and I do believe that as long as his conditioning is good, he’ll “beat” GSP again (Hughes/Penn III is a shoe in, Penn FTW there). But I’d really want to see him school Sherk before moving up….

i'd be scared for sherk after what i saw on saturday night, sherk wouldn't be able to squeak out one of his lay and pray wins, he'd get a beatdown. hughes - penn 3 should be good though
