What are your commonly used shoot techniques or grappling takedowns? Personally, I use the belly-to-back slam and rushing single-leg takedown alot. When I shoot, I usuallly set it up with a quick roundhouse, because my opponent(or *****) starts to focus more on upper body protection....than *BOOM* I rush in. By the way, Dogg is my *****.

I like the double leg. Its safe outside range plus, when in full swing, Is harder to fight off

I hate takedowns. Why cause i am not confident enough in them.

Though i got a good duck under/pulldown and a pretty fast shot in general but i'm rusty.

I prefer sweeps and trips from the bodylock.
