I was just wondering what are your favourite punches to use either in a fight or sparing?
Mine would have to be the left hook (im a southpaw turned orthadox)
I find its strong and naturally my best shot so i can generate quite a bit of power. Also when attacking i like to leap forward with it ala mike tyson and if it connects then i can continue to atack after i've thrown it.

my favorite punch to land is the overhand right cross, but i hardly ever get the chance to do it.

id have to say left uppercut. i think nothing feels as pain or looks nicer to land one of those esp if the guys head is slightly down.

i like to throw a bolo punch with my left after doing the biggest mother ****in Ali shuffle and somersault.

lead right. after jabbing for a while.. feint with the jab and come through with the right.

The feint is still my favorite punch.

my favorite punch is the jab, even when i box both orthadox and southpaw...its just fast,clean,crisp and works good in every situation for me.

My favorite is a Feinted right hand lead to the body into a short left hook upstairs.

I was sparring that big dude again.. And the next day he came in he said that I really mesed up his ribs with that punch...

Ever since I just been hittin everyone with it and it seems to really hurt whoever gets touched with it.. Knocks the air out of them.. They be spittin sometimes..

So Its been my favorite since then.


If you meant the hook.. when your workin on a southpaw its easy.. Try it sometime... Make sure they don't duck it and counter though.. Ya gotta feint with it soemtimes.
