i started gettin back into shape for like the past 3 months now (had a 9 month layoff) and made a shadowbox vid so u guys could tear it apart. based on me watchin it i def need more head movement and hand speed, and lateral movement. need to get the rust off big time. anyway here it is, rip it apart...

At my gym we call it "drawing" because you draw out a punch from your opponent and punish him for falling for it.

I still think White hope would kill you tho man. Havent you seen his 8 jab combo? Its some kind of Superman ****. If you get on the end of that, its lights out... there'd be 3 hits, Hope hitting you, you hitting the floor and the ambulance hitting 90. Stay away from that boy, he's dangerous.

LOVE IT!

Ya, I haven't found a place, they're all crazy expensive, hard to get to, and frankly, ****. A place to train on my own would be nice, but honestly, after seeing the gyms and the fighters here I think I would get worse just hanging around them... I'm not saying I'm a bigshot, but this is a pretty small, real high class town, so there aren't really a lot of fighers here. The only ones who are decent are spoiled mamas boys who just wanna bang some heads or some ****, and spend all day in the gym.

Me? I do cell and developmental biology, although right now I'm working in a pharmacology lab, the two are pretty close I suppose, at least my work is, creating mutants and ****, haha which is cool.

yea, UPENN is in philly, west philly though, so u gotta be real careful if ur plannin on goin there, its ghetto beyond belief lol, there's also drexel, temple, la salle right in the city, which are good schools too. i dono wut schools specialize in what ur studyin. are u goin to school full time and fightin AMs? if so thats wuts up. good luck man
