I run quite inconsistently. I will do it every week a couple of times. but sometimes i'll do more, sometimes i do a lot less.

I train mon, wed, thurs and sunday. on my days off, i am guarenteed to run. Sometimes ill run in the morning before work on the days i'm training too...

i run for about 20-25 minutes.

Good luck with that mate. Thats fantastic - i think you do right, getting some practise in and getting your fitness up! haha. It sounds like you already know they'll beast the crap outta you. You've chose a real challenge being in the para's, you gotta be one tough nut.

Nice one pal, i'm dead impressed. August isn't to far away, you nervous?
