Just wondering if anyone knows any specific differences between boxing and wrestling boots. There is a pair of asics wrestling shoes on their website that I am very interested in and can get them for a very low price through a distributor. They are not low tops, they are mids and I was just wondering if there are any specific differences between the two types of footwear.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Either way you are far better off than x trainers and especially running shoes. I used wrestling shoes made by aisics for the longest time. I got my nike boxing shoes for looks more than anything I can't say they performe any better, cuz they don't. But they look cool

There are two kinds of wrestling shoes freestyle and all purpose there are prety much the same as boxing shoe. I see a lot of people using wrestling shoes. But you can't get the high top wrestling shoes (like the very high ones). It's pretty much the same concept of shoe.Believe me I know. Lower Merion Wrestling baby!

doubtful. "way bigger and bulkier" is an exaggeration. all the things that make a good wrestling shoe are the same things that make a good boxing boot.
