Hello guys and galls,
I am wondering how expensive it would be to start a small tourny in my town, I mean most people here in martial arts ar under 30, and most people here are poor, so if I told them to come to an event and fight they would do it fo rminimal wages...
I have a gym in a school and bleachers, and 2 wrestling mats which I can use for the "octogon" for example...
I was wondering what else I needed to do to make this a legal event and what I should do to attract peoples eyes to this event

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

I wouldn't worry about making it legal. Just talk to some injuns at the casino, don't test for roids, and find the meanest mothe****ers you could find that will fight for crack.

That's right, you guys don't have an ass****ing FDA up there do ya? Wait, that doesn't make sense, why can't you do what everybody else does and mail order them from Europe?

To attract some eyes, I would put up some flyers around the area. Nothing to fancy, just something you can drop off places so people will pick it up. Like at a convient store, blockbuster, etc.

the event i just fought in had posters all over the place, and a commercial on espn2 (only for local cable)
