I'm not going to pass comment on whether she or the word she used is racist, but I do believe she bad to be disciplined for its use. Just like Hip hop songs that use the word shouldn't be sold or played in public.

An emerging problem with that particular word is that people are unclear whether it is taboo or not. Many youngsters use it as an everyday term but to other people it is extremely offensive. Interesting point of view from the ethnicity correspondant of the Guardian where she believed the taboo should just be removed and the word should be considered under debate again.

What a silly young girl though, reminds me a bit of the nursery they call Boxingscene.com.

What she said was wrong!!! however, i do agree that it should be stopped in hip hop songs and they are trying to stop it as some rappers have condoned the word and not used it in their albums!!!!

Would the same have happened if Niki had said it?
