From now on i will i have:

2 beers at the brewery for every loan that gets denied out of underwriting

2 more beers when i consider that my company never did, nor ever WILL train me in loan setups and therefore will have to continue to watch 75% of my deals get turned to **** after working months and months on them

3 beers when considering that underwriting has now blacklisted me for giving them **** deals so from now on, my future deals are put in the bottom of the stack while all of these other ****ing morons in my office who come in 3 hours a day get smooth sailing.

4 beers for everytime that i hear the 3 hour workday loan reps complain about stress in their loans when they only open about 3 loans a month.

4 more beers for the fact that my girl wants nothing to do with me cause she's sick of my ****ed up work schedule, not to mention that i have absolutely NO social skills out in public anymore cause i don't know how to do anything except rot in an office.

A beer a day keeps the doctor away.

That sounds about right. For myself, I just maintain a delicate pot, booze, prescription drug balance on a set schedule, regardless of how ****ty or well I happen to be doing.

3 straight shots of straight whiskey for every client who i have to deny because of the above bull**** and then listen to them break down in tears cause they just lost their $5000 or so deposit not to mention waste a bunch of time. then deal w/ the lawsuits that their real estate agents bring

1 squirt of lemon straight down my nose, chase by another 3 shots of whiskey for everytime i see every other loan rep in this business thrive while i watch the little money that i'm sqeezing out all go to a bunch of bull****.

one long puke in the toilet followed instaniously by another just a long drawn out swig of whiskey straight outt've the bottle for my mind pondering just about when i'm going to snap.

i love these forums.

1 beer for every phone call from my parents
1 beer for not having a car and having to take the stupid bus for 2 hours a day just to train and go to school.

He has to pay you the $700 as the penalty for knocking up your mom.

Can I deduct alcohol, drugs or money that I tip to strippers, if I'm with a client?

50%, as long as you mention business during the course of the meal and/or entertainment.

Haha, that's a good one. Actually, the irs is so understaffed that they rarely question tax returns of the people in the lower tax brackets, which I assume most of us fit in. Recently they have been concentrating on the big-dogs, and just randomly selecting smaller returns to throughly examine.
