In my gym, there's this awesome bag which is pretty small looking, but filled with sand, so it weights something like 200lbs, it's awesome, because I can only move it a bit with my hardest power shots. It rocks. Any of you guys got awesome bags like this in your gyms?

I assume super-heavy bags like this build power, no?

ive only ever came up against one sand filled heavy bag. i didnt like it. itll get you delivering with good technique tho. they're hard bastards to hit.

yeah we have alot kickboxing bags about 100 pounds..they suck!! their are only a few "good" bags and if they are taken you can rock the other so their is so much swing its annoying. I wish we more 200 lb bags.

At my gym we have this really heavy water filled bag. It cool because not only is it heavy but when you hit the bag it absorbs your glove a little so it doesnt swing and stope you from injurying your hands. :boxing:

i brought a slam man and filled it with 150kg which is 330 punds (23stone) but when i hit it it ends up moving loads and i cant be arsed but any more weight it take ages put in cus the dam hole that small

sand bags are for men, not the weak. sand filled is actually the traditional filling of choice. i love them!
