I was in training, for a tourney july 14-15.... but my coach just sprung another fight on me today, he asked if I want to do a fight June 16th... Of coarse I said Yeaa, Ill do it
So now Im doing both the one next weekend and the tourney in july...
This is where yall come in, how should I change my training since the fight is a week away... should I tone down a lil to let my body rest up...??
what do yall recommend?

we dont know your strengths and we dont know where your weak so anything we say means little. Do as your coach says to and when the bell rings give it all that youve got. Leave it in the ring and win or lose we will be proud of your for stepping up and giving it a roll. Good luck man...............Rockin':boxing:

Appreciate it man, I can tell you my main weakness is CONDITIONING... I guess u can call me a "front runner" like Judah lol... cuz I do GREAT first 2 rds, then gas out in that LAST rd.... but ive been working on that, I doubt I gas out this time.. but its still in the back of my mind

if your not conditioned then dont step in, your just asking for trouble.
I stepped in a few times as an amatuer not primed but still came out ok with some wins and loses. Let me say that there is nothing worse than finishing a fight and losing to a guy that you should have beaten if you had beenb conditioned properly.
You will never find more confidence or strength as when you step up to fgight and you know that you are sooooo ready for anything...............Rockin':boxing:
