what the highest weight you can bench press?

I can do 235 once.

was at 375 now probably 300 since i lost about 15 lbs.

i weigh 185, i can bench 250 once

when i played football in college i did 285 once but i weighed 230 pounds at that time

threads been done before. cue the highly optimistic guesses!!

i weight 180.
maxxed out on bench last thursday at 275, for hs football class.
i wanna get near or at 300 by the end of summer for fb.
