You guys get health insurance or retirement?

Well, as a drug "lord", I pretty much set aside whatever I want. However, the lower ranks of my organization are given full health insurance packages, (including dental coverage), and are given stock options.

What is your organization doing to recruit a youthfull clentelle? That would seem like a priority due to the fact that many valued customers end up in jail or dead.
