i like weighted dips but im not a fan of weighted pullups, i think bodyweight high rep pull ups are the way to go, although i'll throw in weighted ones occasiionally with a weighted vest though, not one of those belts.

i always had a problem with my shorts sliding down with those belts while doing weighted pull ups so i just keep increasing the amount of reps

HAHA exactly y i dont use them. but weighted vests are good for that kinda thing but i still prefer high rep pullups and high rep dips.

that's doing no good for max strength once you get past around 20 reps, it starts to just work on endurance, if you want to keep gaining max strength then you need to add resistance by either adding weight or by working towards the one arm chin up, i prefer the latter, it's so much cooler! :boxing:

I like dips but not weighted dips. I tried it and wasn't a huge fan. As for weighted pull-ups I don't do them either. The only exercise I add weight to is situps. Just for a change of pace.
