Hi i'm in pretty good shape but i got this last bit of fat on waist that wont go away i try to run a few days a week but i think my diet lets me down abit, all i wana know is how can i stop myself eating cakes and stuff because if there in the kitchen i'll eat it then feel guilty. So have any of you got any tips? :boxing:

Eat yoghurt instead of cake is all I can think of. Make sure it natural though.

cheers i need something reasonably healthy to replace the cravings i get for sugar from time to time tnx i'll eat that next time i fancy something unhealthy.

Yeah Yoghurts nice, espically if you can find the kit to make your own. My aunt has got it taste wonderful, but that much healthier.

I'm not a fan of chocolate and cakes and stuff, although i like em, im more of a savoury person. But he said he had this problem - he said, if he ever really craved chocolate or sweet things he would brush his teeth - and the taste would go.
plus u can have sweet fruit... have an orange?

Eat a small snack every 2-3 hours it will help cravings and metabolism. Also eat fiber because it keeps you full longer. As for exercise run a few miles a week or when you have time and build to longer distances or more running over time.
