Hey im a freestyle wrestler, 5'10" 227 lb at the moment.
I was wondering, since I almost always in a wrestling match shoot in for the double leg takedown, is there A realy good leg/angle/knee lock or bar I can start While my opponant is in mid air? or is that to tricky?
And if not what is the fasted leg/ankle submission to get after the double leg?

extremely difficult to get sub from takedown in mid air
after the double leg i would say the fastest sub is an achiles lock, thats just my opinion

Thanks man, anything is wellcom here, I want any type of possible submission that "may" be able to be preformed lol
I would rather have somebody say, Try to jump and hook a cross body armbar than not say anything at all :)
And not necissarily DO the sub in mid air, just start it :)

I guess it is kinda hard and christopher does have the best idea. But I guess if you don't get the achiles hold, you can lean back and go for a heel hook. Being a wrestler, I never thought about going for a lock as soon as I shoot. Once I bring the guy down I work from there. Thats just my two cents.

the best you can have, is taking the guy down, and try to land either on side or full mount

I always land on the side mount. 1 out of 20 times i land on a back mount because the guy is REALY slippery lol
