Taken from a recent interview at mmaringreport.com :
MMARR: If the fight does not happen in April as planned, Is there any chance that you will take another fight in between like you did last time with Renato "Babalu" Sobral?

Iceman: Yes I will take a fight. If they can't get him to sign April 25th, I will demand a fight. Because I am a fighter, I am not going to sit around and wait forever. I mean if he doesn't take it April 25th, what says he is going to take it June 25th, or even December 25th of next year. I am not going to wait around till he decides he wants to fight. I want to fight. I will really petition for them to let me go fight Vanderlei (Silva).

I want to put pressure on Pride to put that on. Do whatever they need to put on a fight with me and Vanderlei.

MMARR: If you beat Vanderlei and become the Champion of Pride does that mean that you would be sticking with Pride and no longer be a UFC fighter?

Iceman: I want to be a UFC fighter, I am not looking at being, I just want to be a fighter and I want to be the best fighter in the world in whichever way I got to go about that. If the fight works with Tito and I beat Tito, and I will beat Tito, I would still want to fight Vanderlei next, if they can work it out. I think the two organizations need to get together and work it out, have one champion against the other one, who cares, let the fans have the fight that they want to see.

Liddell Vs Silva would be a great match. I hate to see him getting
screwed like this. He's earned his shot.

DAMN! I love that guy! What a ****in' warrior! I think he'd KO Silva as well! He's smarter, has a better chin and probably hits harder! If Chuck doesn't get his shot then there truly is no justice in the world and life is meaningless. I wish Tito would grow some balls and GIVE HIM HIS SHOT! Chuck is already the #1 LH in the world and just wants to be validated! PLEASE GOD JUST LET CHUCK HAVE HIS SHOT!

Chuck is the man, a true warrior, I think that he would beat them both, IMO he is the best LHW.....

The LHW division has a lot of talent. I think CHuck tops it off though. If by the time he beats Tito Silva is still champion, I would LOVE to see him through down w/ Silva. If Silva is no longer Champ, then I'd still love to see them go at it. Arona, Rampage, Ninja even Bas; bring them all on, cuz Liddel will fight them and beat them (well maybe not Bas). I'm not exactly counting Tito out on this fight he's suprised me too many times he's a proven champion, but Chuck deserves his fight and Tito's expressed an unwillingness to grant him that.

He's not the Pride champ. yet

He would definitly beat Silva and is the only one that could beat Ortiz at 205.

If you don't like Tito, you better like Chuck because is the only person that has a chance at beating Tito

I dont care what anyone says, Arona would beat both of them. Aron could take down Chuck, easily..

Big-g, Tito is the MAN at LHW right now with Chuck right behind him. Thoses two are in a class of thier own. Silva is good, but not Ortiz or Liddel good

I'd rank Silva ahead of Ortiz and Liddell, to be honest. Silva beat Sakuraba, who was by far the #1 fighter in the world the first time Silva beat him. Who has Ortiz beat? Ken Shamrock? Give me a break.

By that rational, you should have Chuck as #1 since he beat belfort and Silva got KTFO by belfort. It's all about style and Silva has the right one to handle Sak. I think Liddel would also brutally rape Sak, and Sak is one of my favorite fighters! Neither Silva nor Tito has handled the level of competition that Chuck has.

I am in love. I think Chuck K.O. Tito and Wandelei. Chucks stand up is so good and his take down defence is awsome...
