yeah, I noticed him last friday. I was at a party so there were alot of distractions, but he stood out. reminded me of Mundine.

yeah but i reckon u can see he's had a pretty extensive amateur grounding. and a bit more willing to mix it up. similarities for sure. cant wait to see how he goes against elomar. :boxing:

There was another prospect that looked incredible a while back.

Can't remember his name but he was the main support on the Danny Green - Sean Sullivan bout.
Had only had 6 fights, yet he beat a guy who had fought for a world title, & did it well. Pretty sure he was a junior-lightweight.

Any know what happened to him?

ben cruz is the lad you are referring to. apparently he got sick of boxing and just dropped out. accumulated a record of 11-0 with 7kos. had huge potential.. only dropped one round on one judges scorecard in his last fight against ranee ganoy.. and we all know ganoy is no bum.

last i heard he was being investigated over alot of drug related crime.

Damn - that's a real shame.

Guy looked like an almost certain future title-holder.

Sorkitti's got some good experience, but seems strictly opponent material these days, losing most of his last 10 or so bouts (although against some pretty decent opponents).

wow a guy in his 65th fight is dangerous to any 5 fight rookie. still kickett is the man.
