Your footwork needs some practise, at moments you are even square on and off balance, with neither foot behind the other. Not just this, but your weight seems to be more on your front foot, and needs to be on your back foot more. Your punches also need to be fully extended, especially your jab - the double jab you throw does not have any power because you aren't using your hips, and favouring the speed of touching the bag twice, over sucesfully and correctly hitting it. You also need to make sure you consistantly bring your hands back to your chin when a punch has been thrown. Your conditioning also needs working on.
For a person doing it for only a couple of months, you look pretty good. I've seen alot worse. I think sometimes you look awkward, but then again, you are a southpaw.
Hope i don't seem like a dick, but offering some constructive criticism. Keep up the top effort mate.

i think you should turn your hips more into it, esp your hooks. they would be more powerful.

I won't add anything as I've seen the same thing as the other guys have. Well done for having the guts to post a video. Keep up the hard work and dedication and things will begin to fall into place.

firstly work on you stamina.
secondly dont just use ur arms, put your body in to it.
and most importantly RELAX. your punches will be smoother and u wont get tired as quickly
when the bag starts swaying dont it hit as its moving away. hit it as its coming back towards u
but dont worry as long as u spend the next few months practising
constantly U WILL GET BETTER.
eventually throwing good quality shots will become effortless
oh yeah and get a heavier bag, it will make all the difference!
especially when ur startin out.
i hope that helps
cheers guys i'll take the advice onboard. my trainer said my foot works poor so i'll have to work on it. About the bag it was the first i got ages ago but i'll get a new one soon. tnx anyways:boxing:
