Dear Robert Ferguson,
Please don't waste any more of my time with this bull**** challenge just to keep your name in the circle. I really don't understand people like you who talk a lot but say nothing about anything at all. If you really wanted to spar or fight someone from this gym you would have contacted Monte Cox or myself to set it up. But then again you have to win some fights to earn that right. My gym number is 563-355-2900.

Thank you, Pat Miletich

Can you believe that! Miltetich dont even have the slightest clue. Many people take Robert for granted. I for one know what the guy can do! So I think Mitetich should relax!

It would be a good fight. But Robert would win! I have seen them both fight, and I train with Robert, so I know what Robert can do. But Robert just wanted to help out the militech camp with there striking and Pat calls out Robert. I hope Robert doesn't even waste his time!!

Been much better, Mr. Jackson. You need to get AIM. I talk to Momita on there all the time.

Hit me up sometime next week. I'm going out of town this weekend.

I don't think he called him out at all. The UG members took things way out of context and Miletich was told that Sifu Ferg was calling him out. That's why he wrote that.

wouldn't you wanna fight Militech Jeremy?

The thing with Ferguson is he talks a lot of **** online but there's no proof he can back it up. I dunno anything about the Miletich situation but it seems like when ever Robert Ferguson's name comes up it's because he's in some sort of online battle with another fighter. They never wind up fighting and then we don't hear from him until the next keyboard fight.

In every interview I've read it seems like he can always find a hole in any fighters game thats brought up. He rarely ever says anything good about anyone. It's always "I can beat so and so because they don't know leg locks", or "I could beat him because of his wrestling or boxing". But the truth is he's only beat Steve Horton who's record os 1 win with 7 losses. I didn't see the Menne fight but I heard it was BS so I won't count it. Still even giving him a 1-2 record he's still in no position to be picking apart the skills of Matt Hughes or Frank Shamrock.

Let him get some wins against skilled opponents and then he can make some claims. I've never met him so I can't say he's a good or bad guy but what I can say is that he needs to keep his opinions to himself. About the only fighters he should be calling out are Jo Son and Giant Ochai.

l would love to fight both of those guys! Militech has good skills but is very slow. Lawler is very explosive but does not have the skills even close to militech. And everytime my manager talks to Dana White they protect Lawler and Hughes and try to throw Steve Berger at me! Its only a matter of time.

Who has Ferguson ever proved his skills against? How about Dave Menne. I went to there fight in CA.....sat right next to the cage. During the regulation time perdiod, Robert beat Menne.....no doubt about it. Robert has the tools to hang with anyone at his weight.........he may not beat them hands down, but I doubt they would stop him either. He is very fast and very ring and cage savey (sp?)

I wouldnt say the reason your not fighting hughes is protecting him, before he ever came to the ufc he had roughly 25 fights for other promotions including superbrawl, rings and shooto. He has a excellant record, and again before going to the big time promotion proved himself in many smaller ones. I'm not writing this to be a bastard to Jeremy or Robert, but most of these guys in whats considered the upper tier of fighters paid there due's fighting in smaller promotions before they took the step up into the big league with a few exceptions of course ala robbie lawler.

Jeremy Jackson

But as you float through there records you will see the people they fought are nobody's. A lot of my fights that are not on record because they were in smaller shows were not nobody's. Maybe they were not in UFC but they have had over 30 fights. Ya you could go by what you see on sherdog but those who know me know my true record. I dont pick my fights so I can win and look good. I prove my self by fighting, and not building my record. You put anyone in front of me and I will happily fight them. Joe Stevenson knows that. I dont care how pretty my record is,and when I look up Hughes record and Lawlers I see the people they beat for there first 10 fights and they were guys making there debut!!

If you don't think Jeremy would fight either of those guys at the drop of a hat, you don't know anything about the type of person Jeremy is. I know for a fact that the UFC doesn't want Robbie to fight Jeremy. This has been going on since Jeremy won the 8 man King of the Mountain tournament........and KO'd all three guys to win it. Robbie is one of their poster boys now. They'll protect him as long as they can. I'm not taking anything away from Robbie. He is a good fighter. He's beaten everyone he's faced thus far with very little effort aside from his fight with Riley.....but, he hasn't fought anyone that can throw with him....Like Jeremy

Who's saying he wouldnt fight them? I think you two are in to much of a defensive mode right now to catch the point I was trying to Make. I have nothing against Jeremy, I think he is a great fighter. The point I was trying to get across before you got all defensive about it was maybe take a few more fights like mostly everyone else did before trying for the UFC. I did mention Robbie Lawler as an exception to that. Also what constitutes a nobody? I mean you could have a fighter with 30 plus fights under his belt, with half or more then half of those fights losses, and I still wouldnt think that constites them a nobody. If a man has 30 losses, but has the fortitude to pick himself up and get back in the ring again even if it may bring about his 31st loss, then I wouldnt say that he is a nobody. Dont take this as a attack again like the two of you seemed to do, because it wasnt, I was just throwing an Idea out there.

KimuraMan, I wasn't talking to you. Look above at who I quoted.

Koyoshihshu what ever your name is, when I am crowned UFC welterweight champion soon wich I will be, cause I wont stop until I am dead, I want you to remember when you said "riiiiiiiiiiiiiight"! There are those who have seen me fight and those who haven't, So those who have seen me fight know what I can do. I also know what I can do! I give Lawler all the credit in the world he is a great fighter. But just remember when I am UFC champion you will have to remember what you said, and dont ever forget it.

Ask Nick Diaz what he thinks of Jeremy.

Tanner Rhoden

And by the way, I've actually told Jeremy that I think he should fight in something like Shooto before he get's a shot in the UFC. I just don't get it. Jeremy KO's Nick Diaz, two weeks later Diaz is fighting in Japan fr Shooto.

He is working his way up. He's fighting Shonie next.

Tanner Rhoden
02-27-2003, 08:17 AM
Shonie just beat Fernando Vasconcelos in KOTC. A lot of people, including me, believed that Fernando was the future of our sport at 170. Shonie is crafty veteran with over 60 fights under his belt. If he wouldn't have gone and done some bull**** fight with Cung Lee he'd still be in the UFC.

KimuraMan
02-27-2003, 10:52 AM
Goodluck against Shonie, Jeremy. Win or Lose I'm sure he probably wont want a rematch. That's just lame about Diaz and Shooto, has Jeremy or team freedom been in contact with them at all?

Jeremy Jackson
02-27-2003, 11:14 AM
Politics! Everytime my manager talks with the UFC Dana tells him if I beat either a UFC veteran or Nick Diaz. Well I got the best of both worlds cause they both entered the king of he mountain welterweight tournament, and for those who saw what I did I tend to wonder how come Im not in the UFC yet. The two people were Zack Light and NIck Diaz. Now Pete spratt has stand up skills how come he did not knock out Zack Light. Everyone thought it would be Diaz and Light in the finals, and everyone laughed at me. Watch the video then laugh!!!!! With all do respect Diaz and Light are both very good fighters, and I hope they keep fighting.
