it is easy for people to **** with you.i went to get my motorcycle temps and they said i can't because i have something pending with a cdl permit in another state.thing that bothers me about that is that i have never been to the state they say, i don't have a cdl, i have never had a cdl, i have never applied for a cdl.bottom line is they can't issue me one because of that.i find it strange because my license is valid.i just got my lisence renewed about 2 weeks ago and there was no problems.they gave it back to me at the office so i am allowed to carry it, but i can't have a mc endorsement on it.****ed up laws man.i would understand if i was guilty but i have no clue how to fix this.
looks like i'll be cruising without an endorsement again.

What is a CDL

commercial drivers lisence. you need it to drive a semi.

well if you did not do what they are claiming it should be easy enough to take care of

i am thinking it is going to be a pain in the ass to take care of.i can't prove that i never had one because according to them, i have had one.they would be the proof but they are ****in wrong.never even been tot hat state man.

The burden of proof is on them, and they keep the ticket with sig for verification, and if that does not exist you are free and clear

Tanner's right. It's clear that your only option is to go the the offending DMV and shoot everyone to death.

the thing is, they did not tell me what the problem was.it may not be a ticket.all they said was that it had to do with a cdl.they said i have to take care of it in the state that flagged me.of course that is not an option.i'm not that worried about it.i've had bikes before and never got my endorsement.no biggie really.the wife wanted me to.i didn't want it.
