to add to that.

eat them all day long and lift weights heavy with lo reps.

Its a shame you cant become me. I only have to look at food and i gain weight. ****ing pisses me off

Yeah, I have the same problem. Everybody thinks I am a malnourished jockey. The question is why do you need to gain weight? Just get in boxing shape and let your body weigh whatever it wants. Don't worry about being pretty, you are pretty enough already.

yh it is my fav meal but i dont eat em 2 offen cus there dead fatering i beat it u were on weight watched 1 of em would take up the hole of your daily alowence and more lol

If you want to put on good weight, then eat a diet with lots of protein and good fat (nuts, meat, eggs, milk), lift weights (hi weight lo rep) and eat very often.

to add to that.

low reps is fore maximum strength, to gain bout 10-15reps is good.

to gain you need to eat like crazy.

protein 1 gram per pound bodyweight.

good sources for protein is skimmed milk,eggs,chicken,fish steaks etc

good carb whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats, beans, veggies etc.

healthy fat from olive oil, nuts, almonds, fatty fish, eggs etc
