Ali by comfortable UD. Holyfield would have some good moments but would never capitalize on Ali's flaws.

I would also have to go along with Ali by ud,but im thinking it could be close.Lets not forget how much trouble Norton gave Ali,Evander is just as well conditioned as Norton and he has a workrate to match that of Ken,better chin as well.
I would still stick with Ali and his fast hands on this one.

Holyfeild would put up an awsome fight but just wouldnt be able to handle Muhammad ALi and Ali would pick up a wide ud.
