I have to say Holmes wins a tough decision...

It has to be Holmes in all honesty. He's just too big, has too good of a jab, and too good of a chin to get beaten by Marciano. I could see Marciano trying to put on a lot of pressure early on, but the ring savvy and jab of Holmes just wearing Marciano down. Maybe around 11 rounds to 4 for Holmes, with Marciano looking like a bloody mess at the end.

If it's the Holmes in the Tyson fight after the layoff, that may be a different story though.

it is hard to get closer than this one though,

right now I am thinking Holmes getting the UD fighting a very disciplined fight.

Holmes would bust Marciano open with the jab all night long,but i would imagine that Rocky would have the heart to go the distance.

Toughest one yet. I think in the end, Holmes would win a very close desicion, because i think Marciano wouldn't give up, and try to score with his brawling ways. But the judges would go for Holmes' boxing clinic.

Ol' Larry pulls a repeat of the Earnie Shavers fight, Holmes pulls out a close decission.

The Rock does what he always did and wins , I say by KO in round 11 or 12 upto then he'd be getting cut by Holmes jab but he'd keep plugging away at Holmes till he caught up with him and would nail him similar to how Tyson nailed Holmes.
