So far I have one muay thai fight on my name and I fought at one international jiujitsu tourny.... I lost all but I did gain some experience...... Now I am thinking whether I should train hard for about a year and then compete again or just train hard and keep competing...... The chance of losing is quite big atm but ofcourse I do gain experience when I fight...... So what should I do? Keep on competing (and ofcourse I could also win, cause that's ofcourse my goal) or just train for a year and compete then?

How long have you been seriously training? And are you talking amateur or professional fights? If they are amateur fights and you think your ready I would fight as much as possible.

I have started jiujitsu about 1 and a half year ago.. been training serious for about 6 months..... never really trained muay thai but I just took the fight to gain some experience.... The kickboxing fight was amateur and the jiujitsu was at an international tourny so I assume that was pro.

the problem is that I don't think I am ready...... I am the only guy at our gym that is really fighting in competitions and there is simply not enough time for me to train.... not a real pro training way you see so that is why I am thinking I should fight alot to get my experience from fights cause I can't really get it in the gym. Or I just train more and wait about a year and then fight.........

Keep training...perhaps look further afield for another training facility with some more professional fighters. Compete in as much as possible, you will learn a lot more by competing than you will by rolling with the same people time after time

I agree with Seldom, if you're the only guy at your school looking to fight for real, you either gotta find a better school, or compete as much as possible just to get experience with better competition.
