I have finally started to try and make a effort. (How many times you heard that one from me!?) I ate a subway for lunch and for my dinner i had a zinger tower burger (couldnt help it i work in kfc) but i jogged home about a mile with alot of hill work for me to do with a bag on my back which was extremely heavy and had 4 litres of liquid in it. Im not fit and 1 mile to most people here is awful but to me its definitly a start. Came home and did 50 sit ups and 25 of these random elasticy things that works biceps, then did 25 more a while after (with each arm!!) Im training tomorow and intend to eat light and healthy so im ready for training. Im working thursday again so will jog home again and if im not too tired after training i will go for a jog. Im 17 now coming 18 in January. If i stick at it i should have had a few amatuer fights by 20 i HOPE.

I was 248 before Cinco De Mayo, but because of the De La Hoya vs Mayweather fight and since Im half mexican I stopped dieting and working out from the 3rd to the 7th and went back up to 260. Right now, this morning I weighed 250 so IM back.

Be honest with yourself. If you are not gonna take it serious than just use it to get in shape and have fun. Their are some kids that are super dedicated and will roll over you if you half ass it.

ok well was at training yesterday and did a pretty good workout, didnt get to spar though cause there was noone there my class :( but really went hard on the bag practicing punching quick and moving around it. Was working tonight but after i went out a did a bit of hill work, its slowly coming to me to keep trying. Im going away this weekend and if i still go for a jog i know im slowly getting more dedicated. Ive found a motivation for myself aswell now thanks to someone who posted earlier who i will accordingly give karma lol. If i dont take it seriously and get myself fit and ready theres some guys out there will just roll over me and i really dont want that to happen. Yesterday at training i watched 2 of the guys go about 4 or 5 rounds old school sparring which is just fast sparring really with less power and they just stood toe 2 toe for the whole time throwing at each other. That also motivates me it was ****ing awesome to watch!

Sounds like me.

I haven't started going to a gym yet, but I've been working out at home and stuff. I'll put in like 2 good days, then I won't be able to do shit the next day, it's like im not in the mood.

But once school ends (like in 2 weeks) Im going to start going to a gym, and I plan on working my ass off this summer. I think once i start going to the gym i'll be motivated even more.
