I know alot of us are in the same boat. I'm in Kansas City and have checked everywhere and there are no gyms that are open to the amatuers. (pro's only). Well all I have is a heavy bag. I work on that and shadow box, what else can I do to make myself better without having anything. I also run and shadow box when I run and jump rope.

jumprope, handweights, doubleend bag, and a speed bag everythign else is work outs.

Pro's only? Where do they get the amateurs from to turn pro?

That's what I wondered. I don't have a clue!! Every place I have called said it's pro's only.
