IronNick. 05-06-2007, 05:10 PM sure, why not. DA1CATAS 05-06-2007, 06:44 PM No Stop it right now.. Are you crazy. You'll get inshape too fast thats not good for boxing ;) BrooklynBomber 05-06-2007, 06:48 PM Totally ok. Many actually do it. RunW/Knives 05-06-2007, 10:20 PM I don't believe in that "overtraining" bullshit. *Points to Floyd Mayweather Jr* KanMan 05-06-2007, 10:28 PM wow im sick of ****in dumb ass questions like this on this forum whatevathehell 05-06-2007, 10:34 PM the ? isnt really that dumb. and it depends on what youre trying to do. something like shadow boxing yeah, go for it 3-4 times a day. but high impact stuff like weight lifting, distance running. what would be the point really? you would think u would get more results....as far as running faster.....lifting more..... if you just do it once let your body rest and then do it again the next day, but I just started boxing recently so I couldnt tell you how it would affect that. mickeyb 05-08-2007, 08:53 AM I think there is such a thing as over doing it. I guess if you mix it up it might be ok (like what whateverthehell said, especially if its low impact). I'm not a physio or anything - but most know that the body works best with a day or two a week off training. I don't know... perhaps if you were a month before a big fight (AM or PRO) then two training sessions a day would be ideal... but for just training, it seems a little excessive. I guess your twice as likely to get an injury. IMO vBulletin® v3.7.1, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
