i have a choice of taking either a speedball or floor to ceiling ball..

Which one would you take home if you had a choice between one or the other?

Floor to Ceiling for me, in fact I always wanted one, but my neighboors would kill me.

floor to ceiling more fun and more useful IMO

floor to ceiling, so much more useful. Accuracy, timing, speed, footwork, head movement. What u learn on a speedbag? rhythm apparently. no idea why this is considered such a valuable training tool other than tradition
