Skipping rope, nothing bores me more than skipping rope for 3 rounds straight as a part of a warm up.

Does not matter, I just dont like to hop like a rabbit around the ring. Especially when a bunch of girls are training there to get ther beach bodies.
Well, at least they let us all train shirtless, n()()b

Running. Maybe it's just right now because I'm out of shape and can't run more than 10-15 minutes without feeling winded...when I'm in better shape I don't hate it. Other than that...not much.

Lifting weights.

Running is ****ing fun and It's easy for me to do. Lifting is a pain in the ass and takes way too much out of you unless you're eating for lifting and taking the necessary recup supplements. Every person I know that really lifts to gain strength and put on muscle either juices, takes tons of creatine, eats big or takes some other sort of performance enhancer.

The rest just maintain their genetic mass they were born with. I don't know a single person who likes lifting and does it naturally at all times. I don't think they exist either.

Stamina training. Not my morning roadwork; I mean windsprints, burpees, hill runs, stair running -- anything that, if you're doing it right, makes you either puke, or makes you pray for death or unconsciousness just so that it will end sooner. :blackeye:

I only do three, because it is the least mandatory. I try to interchange rope skipping with another similar exercises. But skipping rope was always my achilees hill of training, I liked the endurance exercises much better cause I felt they improving me and rope...I never felt it do anything for me. So, I would rather do some football style drills.
oh and I love running, but running on the street is the most fun, get to hang around the neighboorhood and stuff like that.

I've been lifting for awhile and dont take anything to boost my performance, I just love it. Mine is running, the roads that is...the treadmill I like for me. My trainer looks after the speed and I cant stop, if I do I go flying:p I guess on the road I dont push myself as hard as on the tread. But still hate it, maybe its my patience.:s

Morning roadwork when you don't get enough sleep. Really getting up to do it is the most annoying feeling.
