I went to my social studies class and learned about sexual assault. If you put your hand on a womans butt. That's sexual assault. And it works both ways. So I have been sexually assaulted in my life. I feel so used. Then we learned that if you are drunk and she is drunk and you both want to **** and do, that the next day if she changes her mind and says she wasn't in the right sound of mind, she can charge you. So what I want to know is if I'm hammered can I charge a woman with sexual assault. If I ever get charged with this ****, I'm saying she raped my first.
