The Mouse 02-12-2003, 12:47 PM Well take last night for example, 90 percent of the time I just sat there and was learning what my coach was tellin me, then I'd drill it.. then learn somethin else. As opposed to fighting and grappling for two hours which heats up the mats real fast. Then you have to finish the fight as fast as possible. No stoping and we did 4 times. I was surprized by me cardio people we passing out and laying on the floor and a few of as were jumping around going lets do it again, this is great.
