View Full Version : Mundine to fight in NZ
bloogertag 04-30-2007, 10:37 PM Just read that Mundines 1st title defense will be in NZ. I really hope he doesnt fight a bum. I havent heard of any possible match ups. Hopefully he will take on someone like Denis Inkin. Calzaghe or Kessler would be nice but that wont happen.

I thought he was going to defend on the gold coast?
27th June according to Boxrec but no opponent announced as yet.
Of course Boxrec has been wrong many many times.

It's mundine your talking about. Cause it will be.
mgkirkpatrick 05-06-2007, 05:00 AM i think he's doing gold coast in june then NZ in august. it could be that he's only putting his title on the line in the second one. i heard that the fight in august would be against a top 15 smw but i forget who. nothing earth shattering but if he notches up these two wins he might be in position to fight either kessler or calzag when the dust clears on that one

Obviously this thread now has nothing to do with boxing.
If you read the other post its about another member of the aussie forum who is not posting anymore.

Not quite mate. The aussie forum is small, so every consistent poster here is valuable.
