You really dont know your boxing history, do you? Hagler was a LIFETIME middleweight, one of the greatest 160 pounders ever to lace them up. Sweet Pea fought at 135-147 lbs his entire career, save for his last fight which was at 153 lbs. I agree in what someone else said about ranking him higher on the p4p list than Hagler, but no way, no how, would he 'whoop his ass'.

if they met up at the same weight then pernell would win marvin was a great one but pernell was quicker and more on the defensive and a great counter puncher

The greatest middleweight ever. The highest of quality opponents, high KO rate, 11 years between losses, and a rock hard chin, Hagler earns his place in history. Yes SRL did decision Hagler, but I truly believe a 1980 to 1986 Hagler would have destroyed Leonard.
