Ok im goin back to ufc 69..had to point this shit out. When Luke Cummo fought Josh Haynes Joe Rogan brought up that Luke Drinks his Own Pee daily. After he mentioned that, Joe said that he also tried drinking his pee before and it has done wonders for him in training.....:S
Anyone else hear that? what does drinking your own pee do for your body?

Cummo, Rogan, and Sanchez are some of the wildest people in the sport. Cummo is just plain out and out weird, drinking your pee would have no effect other then possibly getting you ill.

I saw Rogan live a couple of times, he is so ****ed out of his mind it's awesome, so don't listen to him.

Sanchez is just a douche.

hahaha...I have no idea but doesnt it have something in there that is supposed to do something to ya? I know pee is the bad liquid that has to be drained for you body or something like that so why drink it?

Are you sure its piss and not semen, apparently its the protein factor, i actually know a female bodybuilder who digests semen as well as all the protein supplements etc for the added boost to keep up the bulk, and she swears by it and says its not uncommon for male bodybuilders to do it, no joke.

I wonder who thinks of this kind of stuff? They must just stand around and say how about I drink my own urine or semen and see if it helps me out.

Cummo is a hard core vegan. He does some really bizarre stuff like dig through his crap(literally) to find gall stones which he calls his harvest. He did a blog on his training for UFC 69.

He doesn't mention drinking his pee, but it doesn't surprise me if he did. Yeah, it is definitely pee and not semen. He is all into holistic medicine. Interesting read.

He really gets in depth and dispels the "myths" about urine. Not that I plan to drink it or believe him, but it is kinda crazy. Here are some quotes:

The reason you piss is to rid your body of waste. If you put that waste back in your body, eventually something bad might happen. Because there is a few nutrients in it doesn't mean you should drink it. I can't wait till this fool starts to eat his own shit or swallows his own semen. What a tard.
