This is funny cuz every bouncers life is totally different.. I'm curious as to what they generalized to be the same throughout the lives of the bouncers. ...the bouncers they interviewed and followed around, what were their lives like?

A bouncer just died last week at a club down here called the Metro. He was escorting some guy out, and the guy turned around and stabbed him twice, once in the heart and once right below, right in front of the cops for apparently no reason. The guy bled to death in the back of the club, all for a job that basically pays minimum wage. One of my good friends is a bouncer right across the street. I'm trying to get him to quit, but he's addicted to the attention and power bouncers get from club sluts.

The bouncers I know make over a $100.00 a night. That aint to shabby.

I have bounced a bit, the money wasn't bad ($25/hour) but to be honest, the whole attention from club sluts and what not fades behind the whole continual fighting and **** that goes on. One night we as a crew had 13 fights in 6 hours, I **** you not. You can't do that too often and expect to come out of it alright.

One thing though is now when I go out, I make a point of being courteous and **** to the bouncers wherever I am, they see enough cunts in a night without me adding to it
