Of course you can have sex while pregnant. That's what got you in that situation to begin with! And many women's libidos skyrocket!!!!!!!!! I mean they want it several times a day! But, some don't want it at all. Sometimes, their sex drive diminishes and sometimes they are mentally stressd about the situation.

Having sex while pregnant is the same as it was before. Some exceptions might be in the last trimester if the belly is getting too big than some positions are more comfortable- like spooning and doggie and woman on top.

You don't really have to do anything different. Sometimes, some women don't produce as much lubrication, but that's easily solved. Also, maybe try the different positions. Also, anal sex may not be so great in the last trimester (hemorrhoids, icky). Also, she might cramp up a bit.

If pregnant women do not have sex they would kill their mates and eat them up lol, no really, I think it helps women deal with all their hormonal changes and stress. Pregnant women libido tends to double during pregnancy due to the increase in the blood system, most blood is in the genital area, causing the organs to become more sensitive. Also, the body temp of a pregnant women is higher then regular making her insides feel like an oven.

As far as doing things differently, man on top can be a little uncomfortable for some, doggie style and women on top seem to be the pref choices.
