Just a quick question, every time i use my left jab my shoulder always makes a little clicking noise, my trainer says my tech is ok, anyone else find that there shoulders click when throwing punches.

yes sometimes but it goes away by time but that is because you dont move you join that much. swiming or aerobic and streching will reduce this clicking sound
