For those of you that hate running as much as I do, you should try this supplement called Oxydrene. It increases oxygen saturation of blood and tissue. I'm currently training to try out for the Air Force boxing team and I've been running for awhile and I started to get discouraged by the slow improvement of my run times. I started taking this supplement after a friend took it while we were deployed overseas and loved it. I'm not big on supplements but after 3 days on it my push-ups and sit-ups improved because my stamina and endurance is so much better. Most importantly my 3mile run time has improved by 1 minute in 3 days and I can run a lot longer. Now that I see improvement running isn't such a chore anymore I'm starting to enjoy it.

wow, just wow. Here is some advice. Get off your fat lazy ass and do some running. Even if its on a tread mill. NO substance can substitute in the place of running.

wow just wow, you didn't read the post very well did you. I never said it takes the place of running but it helps show improvements faster. Which will keep someone that doesn't enjoy running or is just starting out from quitting from the slow improvement. Not everyone is a marathon runner like you.

Supplements ftl. If you don't like running (like me) go swim, play basketball, soccer, football, rugby, or any other sport that will wear you out but won't leave you too sore. Soccer and swimming are really good sports to decrease bodyfat, increase endurance, and make those abs stick out more. Not to mention both hit your legs well, and swimming shapes your shoulders real nice.
