Thanks, yeah its cool. I'm really easy going but I snapped today.
I let everything build up too much and now I have to go job hunting and had to deal with cops for over an hour.

what happend?

The guy was a real tuff guy type. With the rolled up t shirts and always getting in to people's faces. I was pissed off anyway because the boss jumped my ass for a screw up that the first shift guy did. Anyway this guy comes up and start yelling about when I'm going to repair a part for him and I told him to **** off.
We argued for a while then he grabbed my shirt and it was on.
But the "company policy" is that both people are to be fired.
The cops escorted us off the property and ask him if he wanted to press charges. Lucky he said no. I think it was because he would have had to go to court and tell the judge he got his ass handed to him by a guy half his size.

at the end of the day both should be fired and if i were you id persue it in court, and get a pay out because he ****ing grabbed you first.

**** company policy when it comes to **** like that they can ****ing go bankrupt for hiring *******s like that.

I could have controled it better but I just lost it.
I hate tuff guys and was already pissed off but I could have handled it better.

There's a few people I know of who flipped out at work like that.... also know of a few who almost did.

Astroboy nearly came to blows with his boss once... myself and another supervisor had to jump in to stop it. The ****head had the gall to ask Astro if he wants to "step outside and sort it out."
