ok i thought of a better description..i only feel the headache when i get hit and even when i feel it it lasts like less then a second..is that still normal and just part of it and it will go away in a couple of days?

I had a problem like that because of dehydration.
I'd consult a physician just in case...can't hurt unless you have no insurance, but I'd still do it if you rest a bit and it still persists.

I get that when I do some hard sparring. You just need like a week or two off from sparring and make sure you're resting. You just got caught really good and now your head is hurt, just like when any part of your body gets hurt, you hit it again and it hurts more. Just take a week off from sparring, that should fix it. And if not, then go to a doctor.
