bloogertag 04-19-2007, 08:07 AM Yeah, I was a bit worried about Ndou being placed too high, but I guess it was his title that did it for me, I guess it is kinda silly of me because if the rabah fight didnt turn out to be for a title, I probably would have dropped him around about where you had him. I considered Dibb, but I dont think he has any desent defeats on his record yet. If he knocks off his next opponent on the PBF v ODH card, I might squeeze him in. Which Hussein u got? Hussy or skinny?
infestacide 04-19-2007, 08:23 AM australian citizens who fight out of australia are AUSTRALIAN no matter where they were born.. anyway heres my list.

ah i had hussy but i guess they both lost everytime they stepped up in class.. still hussy lost to bigger names.. but yeah he shouldnt have been on the list.. i know what you mean about dibb. guess you could say the same about oganov tho.. although his ko record is dang impressive.
yeah i put ndou further down with rabah.. ihave them as pretty much a coin toss still.
!!! Beowulf !!! 04-19-2007, 11:37 AM You can't tell me that Vic Darchinyan is a real Aussie?
Australia should be concentrating on grass roots boxing rather than shipping over mercenaries. Fighters like Katsidis and Briggs are what Aussie Boxing is all about.
Can we have Symo the Clown back? he'd do a job for us (instead of on us), especially in the one day game.
infestacide 04-19-2007, 11:42 AM if symo wanted to become an english citizen and play as an englishman he could, but he chooses to be australian, just like darchinyan
I love when pommies talk about sport

infestacide 04-26-2007, 04:47 AM it is funny, just look at their cricket team, their former captain was hussien...
me2007 04-26-2007, 05:09 AM Australia can afford to pump money into sport....its not like they have to worry about having an economy or military that anyone gives a **** about.
mgkirkpatrick 04-26-2007, 06:51 AM haha we should blatantly buy talent like an english soccer club

Born in Delhi, English mother, raised in England. Nasser Hussein is actually English. Pietersen has an English mother but he isn't as English as Nasser. We just can't help poaching our Cricket and Rugby players from South Africa for some reason.
We're not as bad as the Irish and the Scots though, they love cramming their teams full of English, Australians, Kiwis, etc.
british boxing is far better than australian boxing why even argue it
and football
your better at cricket than us though ill give you that, but what the ****s cricket anyway? haha

So is the teeth joke.
Australians wouldn't say "throw a shrimp on the barbie". Like us, Aussies use the term "prawn". The Yanks were too dumb to realise this and hence it's their stereotypical Aussie phrase.
I love Cricket, it's great. I'm a Hampshire boy and we've got Warnie and Stuart Clark this season.

I heard about Clark going there this year, Im suprised they havent bowled him much this tournement, he was our best bowler during the ashes for consistency, he is gonna be another Glenn Mcgrath one day
Warney is just a legend, the guy can win a game all by himself, just bowls a few spinners and off for a smoke and a few beers lol, im still sad to see him go
yes we use the term "prawn" to, I was just talking shit.:tapedshut

There's only two or so fighters in Australia at world class level. In other words you wouldn't have to be too talented to be on the Australian P4P list.

He's right I'm afraid. We're not exactly laden with talent at the moment other than guys that have decided to call Australia home. There are a few prospects but not many.
